At Sojourn, we are passionate about making disciples of Jesus Christ and loving people. We believe that every Christ-follower is gifted and called to play a part in advancing the Kingdom of God here in our local community. All of our community partners are doing significant work for the Kingdom of God in our local area. We commit to supporting their work by providing finances, resources, and people to help them carry out their mission.

Community Partners

Families Count

Families Count is a family restoration and preservation ministry of the local church for parents seeking permanency with their children. Through this, we have a platform to minister to and walk with at-risk families to help them be restored and preserved.
Current Serving Opportunities:
  • Individual Mentor - provide ongoing relationship to class participants
  • Hospitality Volunteer - provide and/or serve meals for Families Count classes
  • Financial Partner - commit to supporting the ministry by helping financially
  • Prayer Partner - commit to dependent prayer with and on behalf of Families Count.

Grace Valley Ministries

Grace Valley Ministries provides an opportunity for ministry leaders to rest, reset, and re-engage so they can have a thriving personal life and growing ministry.
Current Serving Opportunities:
  • Serve at a Grace Valley "Work Day"
  • Sponsor a Pastor’s Retreat
  • Commit as a Monthly Financial Partner

Young Life Cherokee County exists to reach out to middle school and high school students all over county in order to invite them to experience life as God designed it to be lived.
